Thousands of liters of diesel and bitumen could spill into the estuary as trucks cross cliffs.The Environment Agency said it was investigating. "Potential impact of 2,500 liters (550 gallons) of bitumen and diesel fuel released" into the Camel Estuary on Cornwall's north coast.
