The antitrust lawsuit brought by ทางเข้าxo 48 attorneys general against Facebook is not dead. A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit last month, but the AGs have filed a notice of appeal plans.
“We file this appeal because we disagree with the verdict and hold Facebook accountable for suppressing competition, reducing innovation and cutting privacy protections,” New York Attorney General Letitia James said. Boasberg of the District of Columbia ruled that too much. Time has passed since the merger was approved for the case to proceed.On the same day he dismissed the AGs, Boasberg threw a similar lawsuit from the Federal Trade Commission.
